So, a few days ago I teased some exiting news about Parental Parolees, and it's finally happened.
Back in May, I wrote about a couple of really nice guys who stopped by to talk to us while researching locations for some Tiffin Motorhome publicity shoots. Jon and Barrett are from High Five Productions and they had been pitching a concept called "Tiffin Stories" which would feature owner's stories about RV-ing from a Tiffin perspective, and after speaking with us they wanted to use us as their "proof of concept" couple to show the folks at Tiffin how it would work. A week later, Barbara and I are sitting in front of a camera, microphones attached to our shirts, and we're being interviewed by Jon off-camera.
Months go by, and all I can think of is: "Wow, we must have really tanked their concept with our interview"! Long story short, there was a lot of interview footage to cull through to pick the right stories and winnow them down to acceptably-short segments. Bottom-line, Tiffin likes the concept as pitched, and we're going to be on their website!
It's two short segments, but hey, we've gone national! They like us! They really, really, like us! (hat tip to Sally Field)

Oh, and Grover has gone total diva due to this new-found attention. As you can see in the videos, Grover gets plenty of face time, mainly due to his annoying habit of "sucking up" to everybody he meets. Jon and Barrett have both bought into the whole "Grover experience" and featured him in both videos. Grover has demanded a pair of sunglasses so that he can go incognito, and he's insisting on a strict "no autograph" policy when going out in public. Meanwhile, he just remains too stinkin' cute for his own good.

So anyway, that's our big news. We hope you enjoy the videos. There may be more later on, as the concept pitched sees multiple Tiffin owners possibly getting together in a small group setting to share our experiences and have them videoed as well.
